TBS offers several Emergency Response Roof Programs to our customers that my be in need of Emergency roofing services such as Hurricane Preparedness Plans (securing any machinery/ equipment/ relocating & storing of objects that may blown & cause damage to surrounding buildings), Pre-Storm roof surveys to details building issues that might cause more expensive damage before the storm is predicted to hit, Hurricane & Storm surveys that a TBS employee stays onsite during the hurricane/storm & surveys the building several times during idle parts of hurricane/storm & reports any building/roof issues right away for the building maintenance managers to coordinate a plan to resolve the building issues as soon as possible to keep the facility a safe shelter such as hospitals/ power plants/ pump stations or water treatment plants. Post-Storm roof surveys to detail damaged areas of the building.
Specialized roofing services for skylight(s), solar panels, total building & facility maintenance & equipment, fall protection/ safety rail, roof access, roof pavers, rooftop decks & access, vegetated roofs, roof sheet metal flashing or coping.
Our standard mold inspection fee is $350.00 to $1,000.00. In the vase majority of cases the standard inspection fee is $500.00 flat fee. The fee includes an inspection by a trained and state licensed mold inspector, 3 to 5 samples, the mold testing report, and the mold remediation protocol. Extensive Mold Inspection – Includes 10 to 20 Samples and up. In the case of larger homes and commercial inspections the cost is typically around $1000.00 to $2,000.00 depending on the size of the property. The above fee includes an inspection by a trained and state licensed mold inspector, approximately 10 to 20 samples, the mold testing report, and the mold remediation protocol. If needed additional samples can be taken for an additional fee.

TBS can update a commercial roof steel deck systems by performing interior roof deck securement from inside the building to add uplift resistance strength to the existing steel roof steel decking system without opening the roof system & or effecting possible existing roof warranties. This is very common among FM Mutual ratings for FM Mutual compliance. Essentially attaching the roof steel decking system from inside the building.

TBS will provide the opinion in the form of a report and/or evidence before a Court (or other tribunal) as required.
